Chateau Zábřeh Ostrava is a cultural heritage site of the Czech Republic and one of the two oldest places in the greater Ostrava area. The original Gothic water fortress was rebuilt at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries by the knight Ctibor Syrakovský of Pěrkov into a Chateau. Over time, it passed through the hands of numerous noble families before coming under church ownership in the mid-19th century. In 2007, following an extensive reconstruction, it reopened as a historic design hotel featuring two restaurants, its own brewery, and beer and wine spa facilities.

A gallery corridor and a hallway adorned with hunting trophies lead to eight restored original rooms. A brick-and-timber staircase leads to the attic, where a further nine rooms are located. The Chateau can accommodate up to three dozen guests.

Beer was brewed at Chateau Zábřeh more than 500 years ago, as recorded in
the land register of Olomouc Bishopric. Together with cuisine, it remains the heart of the Chateau to this day - Brewery
and Chateau Restaurant, and wine cellar.

In one of the historic vaulted cellars, we filled a tub with beer, and by one of the old fireplaces, with wine - and in both, we added aromas and massages to enhance the experience and help you relax. Enjoy the spa at the Chateau.
