Flavours and aromas of the kitchen and brewery

Even if we restored the Chateau as perfectly as possible, its true heart would always remain the restaurants - one set in vaulted cellars by the fireplace, the other above the brewhouse - along with the Chateau lagers from our PIKARD® brewery. Historic halls furnished with solid wooden furniture, wrought-iron chandeliers, and brick floors, together with both traditional and contemporary recipes from our kitchen, will transport you through time and space as far as you wish.

Chateau Restaurant

The Chateau Restaurant is located in the oldest Renaissance wing of the Chateau. Beneath the original vaults, by the open fireplace, and with a bar made from an old church, it offers a total of 52 seats for lunch or dinner.

Brewery Restaurant

Climb the timber staircase around the brewhouse to reach the Brewery Restaurant, where 80 seats offer more than just our PIKARD® beer. Alongside the regular menu, we also offer a seasonal selection.

Brewery

Our Chateau beer PIKARD® is brewed as a natural, unfiltered, and unpasteurized beer, with a mild yeast content. On tap, we always offer a 11° pale lager, an 11° dark lager, and two seasonal beer specials.
